The original rent of Rs.11,400/- was enhanced to Rs.36,500/- by learned Administrator General and Official Trustee.

2. Aggrieved by the fixation of the fair rent, the applicant has filed the above application seeking for revision of the monthly rent.

3. The representative of the applicant had deliberation with the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee and after such bilateral talk with the applicant, the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee agreed to fix the monthly rent at Rs.35,000/- from 01.01.2021.

4. The learned Administrator General and Official Trustee would submit that, in view of the settlement arrived at with the applicant, the application may be closed.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant also submitted that the applicant would pay the monthly rent of Rs.35,000/- from 01.01.2021 and also pay the difference in security deposit as per the newly fixed rent within a period of two weeks from today.
