These Civil Revision Petitions have been listed today at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that at the time of disposal of the Civil Revision Petitions, it is agreed in the terms of agreement between the parties that the tenant agreed to pay Rs.16,000/- as rent with 5% increase every year and expressed willingness to register the agreement. As there is no mention about the advance amount, the matter is listed today before this Court.

3. Now, before this Court, it is agreed that the tenant shall pay five months rent as advance and on the landlord giving details of the bank, the advance amount will be paid within one week. He further requested that a copy of the agreement shall be furnished to the tenant for which the learned counsel for the landlord submitted that the draft agreement will be furnished by the landlord by tomorrow.

4. The submission of the counsel for the landlord and tenant are recorded and the matter is clarified.
