This petition is filed seeking the following reliefs (i) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 7th respondent in S.A.No.1388 of 1998, viz., namely 1.

Natarajan, 2. Saravanan, 3. Jayalakshmi as respondents 15 to 17 as respondents.

(ii) to set aside the abetment caused due to the death of deceased 7th respondent Sundari on 15.11.2017.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.

3. The proposed respondents are brought on record as the respondents 15 to 17 in S.A.No.1388 of 1998.
