Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2020 regarding allotment of land within a stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2020 regarding allotment of land within a stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble Court.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and submitted on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 17.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the office of the respondents.

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondents are directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of sixteeb (16) weeks from 17.05.2021.
