This petition is filed under section 11 of the contempt of courts Act, 1971 of India praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the direction of this Court dated 11.09.2015 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 25077 of 2015.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner with the grievance that no election has been conducted and selection has been made which is non-compliance of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order dated 11.09.2015 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 25077 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted he has challenged the action of the respondent, by filing a writ petition, which is still pending consideration. According to the respondent, the election was not possible therefore without conducting election, selection was made.

3. This Court has not passed an order to conduct election. Thus, this Court does not find any willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. In view of the same, by recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
