Heard Mr.K.N.Natarraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur @ Ponneri to dispose of I.A.No.13 of 2022 in O.S.No.102 of 2013.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a certified copy of the docket proceedings in I.A.No.13 of 2022 in O.S.No.102 of 2013, which is filed for rescinding the sale agreement dated 24.8.2012 and to dismiss the suit with exemplary costs under Section 28(2) of the Contract Act. It is submitted that delay in disposal of the petition is causing lot of injustice to the petitioner, therefore, sought for suitable direction.
4. Perused the records including the copy of docket proceedings. On 30.09.2022, as there was no representation, the respondent was set ex-parte. P.W.1 was examined and arguments were also heard, however, the matter is posted from time to time for clarification.
5. Considering the same, since the learned Judge has already heard the matter, the trial Court is directed to dispose of this petition as expeditiously as possible at least within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
