This application is filed to extend the time for carrying out amendment as ordered in A.No.538 of 2022 in C.S.No.769 of 2013 on 16.02.2022 and the plaintiff be permitted to carry out all the amendments to the plaint in C.S.No.769 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that due to unavoidable circumstances, the applicant could not carryout the amendment within a period of two weeks and seeks extention of time to carryout the amendment.

3. The learned counsels are directed to carry out the amendment wherever necessary within a period of two weeks and Registry is directed to list the matter before the learned Master after two weeks for recording evidence.
