ORDER
The matter is heard through "Video-Conferencing". The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners filed E.A.No.4413 of 2013 in E.P.S.R.No.55115 of 2011 to dispense with the order passed in earlier E.P.No.719 of 2007. The learned Judge ordered notice to the Judgement Debtor. Against the said order dated 05.11.2013 made in E.A.No.4413 of 2013 in E.P.S.R.No.55115 of 2011, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the said E.P. has been numbered and hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
