Civil Revision Petitions filed under Section 115 of C.P.C to set aside the order dated 04.02.2020 made in E.A.No.6 of 2020 made in E.P.No.47 of 2019 passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Poonamallee. For Petitioner :

C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 28.09.2020 signed by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner has accepted to pay the entire arrears of Rs.46,54,600/- to the respondents within a period of twelve weeks.

2. However, the learned counsel for the respondents would object to grant of long time for depositing the rental arrears.

3. Considering the objection made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to deposit the rental arrears of Rs.46,54,600/- in two instalments. The petitioner shall deposit 50% of the arrears amount on or before 30.10.2020 and the remaining amount shall be deposited on or before 30.11.2020.

The Civil Revision Petitions are ordered accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
