ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for offence under section 363A of Indian Penal Code in Crime Number. Not Known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner herein apprehending arrest on the complaint given by the mother that her children were kidnapped from the school.
3. On reading the FIR, the case has been registered against three petitioners for kidnapping two minor children. The petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant. After the death of the defacto complainant's husband, her children were forcibly removed from the custody of her mother.

4. Considering the offence found in the FIR against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners that the minor children were forcibly removed from the custody of her mother.
