ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.09.2019 in Ref.No.016/DIG-AP-CNI/Camp/2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader that based on the complaint of the petitioner, action has been taken against the fourth respondent and punishment of postponement of next increment for a period of two years, which shall operate to postponement future increment of two years was also imposed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the submission may be recorded and the Writ Petition be closed.

4. In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, It is needless to mention here that it is an admitted fact that the Petitioner bribed the fourth respondent to get a bid in respect of allocation of parking slot at Domestic Airport in his favour. Therefore, it is open to the Police to take action against the petitioner for giving bribe to the 4th Respondent and enquire about the source of money. No costs.
