W.M.P.No.6413 of 2024 is filed by the petitioners to substitute the petitioners as petitioners 1 to 4 in the place of R.Vishwanathan, who filed the petition in W.P.No.6653 of 2011 for the following relief: To quash the order of the 1st respondent made in G.O.Ms.No.600, Home Department, dated 05.05.1999 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to pay full pension with all monetary benefits, as per the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2011.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner that, on the death of the petitioner R.Vishwanathan, cause of action in this Writ Petition survives. Therefore, legal heirs are to be substituted in the place of deceased petitioner for continuing the Writ Petition.

3. In the said circumstances, learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objections for allowing this petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, W.M.P.No.6413 of 2024 is allowed. Registry is directed to make appropriate amendment in the cause title and list the W.P.No.6653 of 2011 for hearing by next week.
