O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 15.10.2020.

2. Mr.N.Damodaran, learned standing counsel who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the appeal is still pending and it would be disposed of within a reasonable time.

3. Considering the fact that the appeal is pending from October 2020, this Court is directed the respondents to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
