Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the First Respondent in CST 58506/199192 dated 16/06/15 (demand relates to CST/58506/1991-92 and not TNGST) quash the same as without jurisdiction under the Tamil Nadu Sales Tax (Settlement of Arrears) Act, 2011. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
