The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 97 days in filing the restore application in O.P.No.714 of 2022 which was dismissed for default on 15.10.2024.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1443 of 2025 in O.P.No.714 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.
