The present Application has been filed to restore the above O.P.No.714 of 2022 which was dismissed for default on 15.10.2024 and restore the same to file.

2. Mr.D.Anand Raja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for.
