This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26450/2024. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, condition imposed in 7(a) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders vide order dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26450/2024. is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
