C.M.P.No.4613 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.26077 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 20.09.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.403 of 2021, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Principal District Juge, Cuddalore.

2. M/s.J.Tamilselvi, learned counsel appeared for the respondent and she has no objection to the delay of 58 days being condoned.

3. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 58 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
