The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of her representation dated 06.02.2017, wherein and whereby, she sought for Freedom Fighters Pension by claiming that his late husband viz., Annamalai was a freedom fighter.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is aged about 79 years old and she has made a representation on 06.02.2017, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
