ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition on the petitioner to report before the respondent Police Station everyday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M., until Page No.1 of 4
further orders as condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.8424 of 2024 vide order dated 05.04.2024 in Crime No.165/2023 on the file of the respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station everyday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.8424 of 2024 dated 05.04.2024, is relaxed.
