A.No.2523 of 2020 has already been dismissed by this Court on 16.11.2021. Therefore, the Registry is required not to list the application filed in A.No.2523 of 2020 again in the cause list.

2.Learned Counsel for the plaintiff informs this Court that the 18th defendant has died and that he has received information this morning about the death of another defendant.

He seeks time to implead the LRs of these defendants.
