Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Mahila court, Dharmapuri weekly once i.e. at 10.30 a.m. on every Monday, till the completion of the trial in Crl.MP.NO.19044 of 2019 in Crl.OP.24279/2019 dated 07.01.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PALANISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to appear before the concerned Sessions Court weekly once i.e., at 10.30 a.m on every Monday, till the completion of the trial.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.19044 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.24279 of 2019 dated 07.01.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.19044 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.24279 of 2019 dated 07.01.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
