The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the second respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 306 of IPC, in FIR No.755 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant, by name Thanjai who is the brother of the deceased, lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent police stating that her sister by name Prathipa Kumari committed suicide by hanging in her room. Hence the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a false complaint has been given against the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the said allegations. He further submitted that inter State Anticipatory bail may be granted to the petitioner to enable him to move the appropriate jurisdictional Court for necessary relief.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant interstate interim anticipatory bail to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

gbi the petitioner for a period of four weeks from today to enable him to move the concerned Court.

5. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of four weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ulundurpet, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond a for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate.
