This petition is filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the second appeal as against the Decree and Judgment dated 29.03.2019 passed in A.S.No.3 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Judge at Thiruvallur confirming the Decree and Judgment dated 04.09.2013 passed in O.S.No.24 of 2010 on the file of SubOrdinate Court at Poonamallee.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 47 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
