C.M.P.No.4267 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.117946 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 733 days in filing the C.M.A.Sr.No.117946 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company.

3. Though sufficient reasons have been given, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that the petitioners/claimants should not be granted interest for the said delay period.

4. Considering the above facts, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the claimants will not be entitled interest for the said delay period.
