This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for not obeying the order of this Court dated 01.08.2012 made in W.P.No.20511 of 2012.

Cont.P. No.1014 of 2016 passed orders. After receipt of orders, the petitioner has again challenged the said orders passed by the respondent by way of another writ petition, therefore the present contempt petition may be closed.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and considering the fact that the orders of this Court dated 01.08.2012 has already been complied with by the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
