ORDER

The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity, the petitioner, along with other accused went to the defacto complainant's house and picked up quarrel. During quarrel, the accused abused the defacto complainant using filthy language and assaulted him with knife. Hence, the case.

2. This is the third anticipatory bail petition before this Court. The earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl. O.P. No. 1624 of 2025 was dismissed on 03.02.2025 by this Court by making the following observations: - "6. Considering the nature of allegations and that the petitioner is a history sheeter and having four previous cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. This Court is of the view that there is no change in circumstances and hence, is not inclined to entertain this third anticipatory bail petition.
