The petition filed seeking to condone the delay of 928 days in representing the appeal in AS.SR.No.79936 of 2019.

2.It is seen from the records that substantial number of days were covered during the lockdown period and owing to Covid-19 Pandemic, the Hon'ble Supreme Court and also this Court had extended the period of limitation and to condone delay. In view of the reasons, the delay of representation is condoned. 3.Registry is directed to number the AS.SR.No.79936 of 2016.
