This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.513 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30171 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; that the investigation has been completed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.513 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30171 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 is relaxed.
