Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2311 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021, to approach the competent jurisdictional Court in the state of Maharashtra and to comply with the conditions.
