ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24582 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 that the petitioner appear before the respondent police every day at 6.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24582 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 is relaxed.
