The petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition for the alleged non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.09.21018 passed in W.P.No.23089 of 2018. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. effect. The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
