This miscellaneous petition has been filed to order substituted service by way of paper publication in one issue of 'Malai Sudar' Tamil Daily.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to effect service on the sole respondent by publication in one issue of 'Malai Sudar' Tamil Daily indicating the date of hearing as 02.12.2021. Proof of such paper publication shall be filed before this Court.
