When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the original unnumbered I.A.No. of 2020 in O.S.No.705 of 2016 filed by the petitioner under Section 5 of Limitations Act is required for the production before the trial Court for further consideration.

2. Therefore, the Registry is directed to return the original unnumbered I.A.No. of 2020 in O.S.No.705 of 2016 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
