Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 30.5.2015 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 6.7.2015. 4.
