O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to take action against the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3190 of 2015 dated 23.02.2015.

2.This Court by order dated 23.02.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.3190 of 2015 directed the second respondent, Inspector of Police, R-9 Valasarawakkam Police Station to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ file a final report in Cr.No.661 of 2014 within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. But the final report has not yet been filed. Hence, the above contempt petition has been filed. 3.Today (07.04.2016) when the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner appearing in person, namely, Mr.M.A.Panchatcharam, has fairly conceded that he has not sent contempt notice to the respondent. Hence, I am of the view that it is a fit case for dismissing the contempt petition. Accordingly the contempt petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to issue a notice to the respondent and after receipt of the acknowledgment card/reply, the petitioner shall file a contempt petition if the respondent has not filed the charge sheet.
