ORDER

Mr.M.Naraayanaswamy, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly stated that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with.

2. Since there was a bona fide confusion as to the Officer who has to comply with the order passed by this Court, because it was reported that the concerned file was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ neither in the office of the Tahsildar, Tambaram nor in the

office of the Special Tahsildar, Town Settlement, Tambaram, this Court was constrained to impose costs of Rs.25,000/- on the contemnor. Now that the two Officers have fairly acted for tracing out the records and also have reported compliance of the order, no fault can be found against them. Since the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, this contempt petition stands closed and the contemnor is discharged from payment of costs of Rs.25,000/-.
