ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Ramkumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Harsharaj, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this miscellaneous petition for extending the period prescribed for depositing the amount pursuant to the order dated 27.09.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the time for making pre-deposit is extended finally, by four weeks from today. It is made clear that in case the petitioner failed to deposit the amount within such time, it will be construed that the writ petition was dismissed in limine by the order of this Court and the respondents are at liberty to recover the tax due confirmed vide the impugned order dated 25.06.2024 made in Reference No.ZD330624302615O.
