It is seen that this Court while disposing of the above said W.P.Nos.6363, 13298, 13302, 13308 and 13310 of 2019 on 23.08.2023 directed the Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Vellore District to decide all the issues including the preliminary issue and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, without adjourning the mater beyond seven working days at any point of time, after affording sufficient opportunity to both the parties.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Vellore District vide letter dated 06.03.2024 has prayed for further extension of time to dispose the I.D.No.24, 25, 26 and 27 of 2019, to comply with the order dated 23.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.6363, 13298, 13302, 13308 and 13310 of 2019. 3.I have gone through the reasons stated by the learned Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Vellore District and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein.
