J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent-Insurance Company submitted that the Insurance Company has not filed any appeal and seeks six weeks time to deposit the amount awarded by the Tribunal.

3.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and the 2nd respondent-Insurance Company is directed to deposit the amount awarded by the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. No costs.
