O R D E R

The petitioner was admitted to B.Ed course under the 1st and 2nd respondent. While undergoing the course, she married a person against the will of her father. Therefore, the petitioner's father requested the college/ respondents 1 and 2, not to permit the petitioner to attend classes. Therefore, the petitioner approached this Court Vide W.P.No. 10749 of 2011. With the strength of the interim order granted by this Court the petitioner pursued her study and by another writ petition No.10749 of 2011 she got permission to write the examination. Now in the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks publication of results of B.Ed course examination written by her during May-June 2011.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is noted that the petitioner is fully qualified to undergo the course and in fact she has undergone the course and written the examination pursuant to the directions issued by this Court. Now that, the present writ petition is filed for publication of results. But for the marriage against the will of her father, she is fully qualified to do the course and get the results published.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to publish the results for the examination written by the petitioner during May-June 2011 with registration No. 1050310BD028 and further direction is given to the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue conduct certificate and transfer certificate to the petitioner.

5. With the above observation, this Writ petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS III) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar sha/kpr
