ORDER
Alleging that the order dated 16.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19401 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ copy of the order dated 07.03.2018 in purported compliance of the order passed by this Court.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this order cannot stand scrutiny of law. It is a matter to be considered in proceedings where the said order is put into challenge and certainly not in the contempt proceedings.
4.In such view of the matter, this company petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law.
