ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.32435 of 2024 dated 27012.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every monday and friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in crl M.P.No.730 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl. M.P.No.730 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025, is relaxed.
