2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously in Crime No.1012 of 2014 and file a final report before the Concerned Court at the earliest.
