PETITION under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent herein for wilful disobedience of the final order passed in W.A. No.2450 of 2013 dated 10.7.2014.
For Petitioner : Mr.A.Rajendra Kumar Order of the Court was made by V.Ramasubramanian,J The petitioner has come up with the above contempt petition, alleging wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 10.7.2014.
2. Heard Mr.A.Rajendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Even admittedly, the petitioner could not secure any interim order of injunction as against the respondent from putting up any construction. The only order that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner got was that the construction put up by the
respondent will be subject to the outcome of the orders of the civil court. This is not a prohibitory order to make the respondent guilty of contempt.
4. Therefore, the contempt petition is dismissed. Consequently, the above Sub-Application is also dismissed.
