This petition is filed to implead the proposed 3rd respondent as a party respondent in the writ petition in W.P.No.3491 of 2011.

2. Mr.S.Sarath Chandran, learned counsel filed vakalat for the proposed respondent and he has no objection for allowing the impleading petition.

3. Having satisfied with reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the impleading petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 31.08.2023 at 2.15 p.m., along with W.P.No.22755 of 2009 etc., batch.
