O R D E R

The grievance expressed by the petitioner prima facie appears to be that though he was acquitted honourably in C.C.Nos.26 to 28 of 2004 by the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ulundurpet, disciplinary proceedings are taken pertaining to the very same charge memo and therefore, he should be reinstated in service. 2.

Per contra, Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the representation dated 15.03.2015 submitted by the petitioner

is not with regard to reinstatement and it has been considered and disposed of on 26.11.2015 and the petitioner wants reinstatement if any, he has to approach the respondent by way of another representation.

3. This Court has considered the rival submissions and also perused the materials before this Court.

4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation to the respondent viz., Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies praying for reinstatement in service in pursuant to the order of acquittal passed in C.C.Nos.26 to 28 of 2004 by enclosing copies of the said judgments within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
