Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relevant to the order in Case No.PSA.08/2012 dated 04.06.2013 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper against the principles of natural justice, without giving fair opportunity to the petitioner and against the Subsistence Allowance Act 1981.

ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions ie., 27.02.2025, 01.03.2025 and 03.03.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 05.03.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, ie., 05.03.2025, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
