This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the said persons in respect of the complaint dated 31.10.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petition dated 31.10.2014, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 12.11.2014. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
