PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to file final report before the concern Court in Crime No.59 of 2020 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2022 on the file of first respondent to secure the ends of justice. O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file final report before the concerned Court in Crime No.59 of 2020 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2022 on the file of first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.59 of 2020 for the offences under Section 420 of IPC is going on and the second respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the second respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
